You’ll own how Proud grows on the ground — ambassador programs, events, partnerships, and the referral loops that turn one student into a whole campus.

What you'll do

▸Own the campus growth strategy: ambassador programs, events, club partnerships, and referral loops.
▸Recruit, train, and manage a distributed team of student ambassadors and interns.
▸Hit measurable activation and retention targets; report on the funnel weekly.
▸Partner with marketing on localized campaigns and with product on student feedback.

What we're looking for

▸A real track record building communities or running campus / field marketing at scale.
▸Fluent with growth analytics and CRM tooling — data-driven about what actually works.
▸Exceptional communication and people leadership; you’ll be managing a team from day one.
